14-day easy returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team or submit a request via the Returns page. Approval is based on our policy terms.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved. Bank processing typically takes 5–7 business days—that's on your bank, not us!

My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?
