We ship fast. We ship traceable. Here's everything you need to know about getting your gear from our warehouse to your doorstep.
📍 Where We Ship
- India-wide coverage: We deliver to all major pincodes across India. From metros to tier-2 cities, we've got you covered.
- International shipping: Currently not available. We're India-first for now, but stay tuned—global expansion is on the roadmap.
⏱️ Order Processing
- Handling time: 1–2 business days to pick, pack, and dispatch your order. We move fast, but quality checks come first.
- Cutoff time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST roll to the next business day. Plan accordingly!
- Peak seasons: During sales, festivals, or viral drops, processing may take an extra 1–2 days. We'll keep you posted.
Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
🚚 Delivery Timelines (India)
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Metro cities are usually on the faster end; smaller towns may take the full window.
- Remote areas: Certain pincodes (hills, islands, far northeast) may need +2–4 extra days. The carrier will confirm timelines.
- Festive periods: Diwali, New Year, etc. can slow things down industry-wide. We'll notify you if delays are expected.

💰 Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders ₹599 and above. Because we believe in rewarding smart shoppers. 🎉
- Below ₹599: Flat ₹50 shipping fee. Fair, transparent, no surprises.
- COD (Cash on Delivery): Available on select pincodes with a ₹30 handling fee. You'll see the option at checkout if eligible.
All prices include GST. What you see at checkout is what you pay—no hidden fees.
📦 Tracking Your Order
- Tracking link: Sent via email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. Click it to see live updates from the carrier.
- First scan delay: Allow 24 hours for the carrier to register the first tracking event. Patience, young Padawan.
- Status updates: You'll get notifications at key milestones—dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.
✏️ Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
- Address edits: Possible only before dispatch. Contact our support team ASAP if you need to change the delivery address.
- Delivery attempts: Carriers typically make 2–3 attempts. If no one's available, they'll leave a note or call the number on file.
- Undeliverable orders: If the package can't be delivered after multiple attempts, it'll be returned to our warehouse. You'll be notified, and we can reship (shipping charges may apply).
🔍 Lost or Delayed Parcels
- Tracking stalled? If there's no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order ID. We'll investigate with the carrier.
- Lost in transit: Rare, but it happens. We'll coordinate with the carrier and either locate the package or arrange a replacement/refund.
- We've got your back: You won't be left hanging. We stay on it until it's resolved.
📸 Damages on Arrival
- Report within 48 hours: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, contact us immediately with photos/video and unboxing proof.
- Resolution: We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Packaging matters: We pack tight, but carriers can be rough. Document everything if something looks off.
🌍 Duties & Taxes (International)
Currently not applicable—we ship within India only. If we expand internationally, this section will cover customs duties, taxes, and who pays what. Stay tuned!
